Swedish Massage

Looking to relax? This is the massage for you! This type of massage has long steady strokes and is generally performed over the entire body. It can support blood flow to the heart, relax the body and mind.

Therapeutic Massage

This massage is for relieving pain in certain areas of the body by kneading or manipulating the soft tissue. This massage uses heavier pressure than what you would find in a swedish massage.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage uses a slow, firm pressure to release muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of the muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia. This type of massage is usually performed on an area of focus rather than the full body.

Prenatal Massage

For mothers-to-be! A prenatal massage can enhance the function of muscles and joints and improve circulation. Massage can also relieve mental and physical fatigue!

Trigger Point Therapy

This technique consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on an area of spasm. Pressure is applied using fingers, knuckles, or elbow.
