Dr. Heather Champion is no stranger to the aches and injuries associated with an active lifestyle...and the setbacks which can result from those injuries. Her goal is to make sure each patient feels cared for on an individual basis from initial evaluation through completion of care. She approaches treatment with an evidence-based mindset and enjoys staying up-to-date on research.
Dr. Champion graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelors in science and biotechnolgy. She took a break from seasonal cold weather to attend National University of Health Sciences in Saint Petersburg, Florida where she earned her doctorate of chiropractic. She went on to complete certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician specializing in female athletes and dancers.
Dr. Champion has enjoyed serving in several roles with the the American Chiropractic Association (ACA). Her involvement with ACA has involved travel to Washington D.C., where she lobbied on Capitol Hill for improved access to chiropractic care for veterans and their families. This opportunity held a special place in her heart as she is married to a Marine.
Dr. Champion has many titles, but her favorite is mom! You can often see her husband and daughter helping out around the office. In her spare time, Dr. Champion enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking, working out, or visiting other local small businesses.
Faith was born and raised right here in Middle Tennessee! Growing up, she was active in many sports including softball and basketball. She also worked with her high school football team as a Manager and Assistant to the Athletic Trainer. Graduating high school a year early to pursue a career in law, she has found a home within our team and has been a helpful asset while pursuing additional studies.
When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Chevy, and working on her classic Chevrolet truck.
Gina moved to Tennessee with her family when she was very young and considers herself a Nashville native! She graduated from high school in Cheatham County in 2001. In 2006 she graduated from Miller-Motte Technical College where she received her license in massage therapy. She genuinely loves helping people and specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, therapeutic, sports, and pre-natal massages. She is a strong believer in the power of touch and the ways massage can benefit people both physically and mentally.
In her spare time, Gina enjoys spending time outdoors with her wife and 4 amazing bonus kids. She also enjoys playing basketball, writing, painting and doing jigsaw puzzles.
Candice was born and raised in middle Tennessee. She found a love for yoga while attending a class offered as an elective course at Volunteer State Community College. After several years of regular yoga practice, she decided to obtain her teaching certifications and enrolled in an online program during the pandemic. She received her 200 hour certifications in Multi-Style Yoga in 2020 through Yoga Renew Teacher Training as well as Yoga Alliance. With the goal of building strength as well as flexibilty, she can lead you through a rejuvenating sequence.
Candice is very family oriented and enjoys spending time with her daughter and Papa. Their family has a love for animals and Candice is currently raising chickens with her daughter!
